Can small Habits Make a BIG Difference?đ€
Is there a simple habit that will help âHappy, healthy, fit and strong be a realityâ EVERY day?
Eg . âAn apple a day keeps the Doctor awayâ !!
If you think tiny things/habits donât matter, try running with a tiny stone in one shoe!!
AND can you imagine sleeping with a mosquito in your tent for a night .. and by morning have 10 bites to endure for days?
Could small, seemingly insignificant (bad) habits do the same for your life?
What impact is one questionable habit having on your life right now?
What one habit you do need to SPOT
What one habit do you need to STOP
What one habit do you need to SWAP âŠâŠâŠ for a better habit ?

Many tiny wires (actions) that come together to form a very strong cable
To change a habit - can you imagine the time and energy needed to unpick each individual wire that makes the cable?
Habits like cables are very strong once formed and take disciplined focused and effort to unravel.

They have all formed GREAT HABITS âŠâŠ. AND they just DO NOT give up !!
